Cancellation Policy

All training sessions are subject to the OSSA Terms and Conditions of registration. - Refunds and Transfers: Training packages/sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations to avoid session charges. - Utilization Period: Training packages must be utilised within 6 months from the date of purchase. - Uniform Fee: New students booking a private session will receive a separate invoice for the uniform fee upon second session. - Depending on training requirement some 1on1 session may be adjusted to small group training.
