TRAINING RULES & EXPECTATIONS

-NO UNIFORM Means NO TRAINING

- LATE ARRIVAL means TRAINING ALONE

-Students from ADVANCE group with low Attendance will be required to train with the Beginners group
-Students with MULTIPLE Last minute cancellations will be required to train with the Beginner group

Note: The beginners group carries a higher registration fee, Students who are required to train with this group will be required to pay the difference in registration fee to continue training.

Private Training Terms and Conditions

All Private training sessions are subject to the OSSA Terms and Conditions of registration.

Refunds and Transfers: Training packages/sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations to avoid session charges.
Utilization Period: Training packages must be utilised within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Uniform Fee: New students booking a private session will be treated as a trial session, any private session booked after initial trial session , students will be required to purchase uniform set.
Depending on training requirement some 1on1 session may be adjusted to small group training.

Full OSSA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellations & Refunds
If training is canceled, make up sessions will be provided. refunds available only on cancelations related to long term medical condition.
UNIFORMS
OSSA Soccer training uniforms are compulsory. Full Uniforms must be worn at all times and proper protective wear such as Soccer Boots and Shin Pads must be worn for Safety and Insurance purposes. No Player will be allowed to participate without proper uniform and protective clothing being worn.
PAYMENTS
All players choosing not to or are unable to pay via credit card have the option to pay via Cash or Electronic Funds Transfer. All of these types of payments must be made prior to the player starting there first session.
Players risk been unable to take part at OSSA if prior payment as not been made. All Payments are GST Inclusive.
AUTOMATIC ROLLOVER
Once you have booked a registration with OSSA your place in this class will be secured indefinitely and you will be automatically billed at the end of the current registration period for your next registration enrolment. We will advise you of this transaction prior to the date of being charged. If you change your mind and no longer wish to attend your OSSA class or you need to make any changes to your current booking class, payment method etc you will need to contact us.
I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE Off season soccer academy and its
Representatives (meaning an employee, volunteer, agent, officer, contractor or other authorised representatives),from any and all liability for loss, claims, demand, injury or expense, that I, the participants, or you/its attendees, suffers as a result of participation in the activity due to any cause whatsoever.
I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND WILL NOT SUE the entity and/or persons
Organising this event and waive them from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of
participation in this activity or event. I acknowledge that I am aware of the activities included in the program and understand the program contains potentially high risk activities and physical activity of a strenuous nature. The program activities are not completely free from risk, there are certain inherent risks which cannot be eliminated and I knowingly assume all of the inherent risks of the activity.
I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of
injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity or event. I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed or filmed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.
I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I GIVE MY CHILD PERMISION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MENTIONED EVENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
